The Weekend

We would love for everyone to help us kick off the big weekend on Friday evening for a welcome party at 7pm!
Located on the second floor terrace of the Epicurean Hotel, we will be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres, an open bar, Chill Bros ice cream, and a meticulously curated playlist for all guests to enjoy.
The attire is casual however please note that if you are going stag, this will be your only chance to make a first impression.

The big day! Please arrive at Palma Ceia Golf and Country Club by 5pm for our wedding ceremony.
Immediately following the ceremony, wipe away those tears and be ready to socialize for a lovely cocktail hour in the ballroom and ballroom patio where we will be serving up passed hors d'oeuvres and refreshments.
After the cocktail hour will be a plated dinner service seamlessly transitioned into dancing and fellowship for the remainder of the evening.
The attire is black tie optional.

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Epicurean Hotel at a discounted rate for our guests. The hotel is just minutes away from the wedding venue, as well as some of our favorite Tampa restaurants and bars!
We encourage guests to book their rooms ASAP, as the cutoff date to guarantee our favorable rate is May 2, 2025.

- Please RSVP no later than May 2, 2025
- Saturday's events are adults only. As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in the ceremony or reception, but feel free to bring them to the Welcome Party on Friday!
- There will be valet service provided at the Welcome Party.

- If you have any dietary restrictions, please note them in the RSVP form and we will do our best to accommodate you.
